We are passionate about our mission to advance equity, opportunity, and hope across ALL communities - we succeed by lifting others. FSRI’s diverse and inclusive teams - working across Health, Healing, Home, and Hope pillars, are experts in their fields - every day designing and delivering cutting-edge strategies to save and improve lives. We provide services statewide, and currently operate in 3 locations in Providence; and in 4 locations in East Providence, Smithfield, and North Smithfield.
