Park West Health Systems, a network of Federally Qualified Community Health Centers in northwest Baltimore City, seeks a Nurse Practitioner for Internal Medicine.  Park West has deep roots in the community it serves and is a robust multi-disciplinary health system that provides OB/GYN, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Dental and HIV/Ryan White services.

Eligibility Requirements and Benefit Info:

  • You must be actively at work (able to perform all normal duties of your job)
  • Working a minimum of 30hrs per week
  • Pay 100% of the premium for this coverage through payroll deductions
  • Benefits begin on 8th day of disabling injury/illness
  • Weekly Benefit is equal to 60% of your pre-tax weekly earnings. Max weekly benefit amount: $1000
  • Available for up to 25 Weeks

In-house pharmacy will fill prescriptions for eligible employees and their dependents that are on the company’s medical and dental prescription plan and receive 50% discount on co-pays
