APPLICANT AND EMPLOYEE NOTICE AT COLLECTION
The purpose of this Applicant and Employee Notice at Collection (“Notice”) is to inform individuals who inquire about and/or apply for employment with Players Edge Services, Inc. (“the Company” or “we” or “us”) and those who become employees of the Company of (1) the categories of personal and sensitive personal information we collect from them; (2) the purposes for which we use such information; and (3) the length of time we retain such information. This notice is intended to comply with all applicable laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. If any provision below conflicts with a legal requirement, then the Company will comply with the applicable law.
