Except for applicants to undercover law enforcement positions, the following personnel data on current and former applicants for employment by this County is public:

1. Names of applicants when or otherwise determined to be eligible for appointment to a vacancy;
2. Veteran's Status;
3. Relevant test scores;
4. Rank on the eligible list;
5. Job history;
6. Education and training;
7. Work availability.

All other personnel data is private data on individuals but may be released under a court order.
