This includes monitoring wildlife populations, maintaining trails, and educating visitors about the local ecosystem. With direction from the Visitor Services Manager provide a uniform presence on the property during busy weekends to ensure proper usage and enthusiasm of our land and safety for our guests. The position starts at $14 per hour.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Perform patrol duties to ensure safety and enjoyment of guests while protecting our land.
- Serve as an ambassador to visitors advising on trails, facilities and programs.
- Disseminate information regarding rules and regulations of property.
- Act as first responder in emergency situation

- Assist with parking on busy days
- Report any down trees or potentially dangerous conditions to Front Desk Staff
- Communicate with facilities on necessary needs around the property
- Check with the Public Program Associate to provide support.
- Proactively evaluate safety protocols and signage
