- BA in social science or related field.
- Advanced degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years impact and evaluation experience including audience research and impact measurement projects, data collection for ticketed and non-ticketed programs
- Proven experience in impact evaluation and market research, preferably within the performing arts, cultural sector.
- Prior experience in developing survey instruments and data collection systems
- Strong understanding of and passionate about equity, inclusion and social justice in the arts
- Exceptional facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders.
- Ability to work remotely and in person

Compensation: The salary for this position is $125,000 per year. This position is full-time, exempt, and eligible for benefits.
