We collect Personal Information about employees, workers and contractors through the application and recruitment process, either directly from candidates or sometimes from an employment agency or background check provider. We may sometimes collect additional information from third parties including former employers, credit reference agencies or other background check agencies.

If you know of or suspect that a Security Incident has occurred, do not attempt to investigate the matter yourself. Immediately contact our legal department. You should preserve all evidence relating to the potential Security Incident. (“Security Incident” means any act or omission that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of Personal Information or the physical, technical, administrative, or organizational safeguards Terra Supreme or a Service Provider has put in place to protect Personal Information. The loss of or unauthorized access to, disclosure, or acquisition of Personal Information is a security incident.)

iv) request to delete your Personal Information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove Personal Information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it.
