Experience & Specialized Skills:
- Experience in a leadership culinary role with high volume catering experience is strongly preferred, work in stadiums, arenas, concerts, and large-scale hotels are comparable to this role
- Ability to travel domestically throughout the year
- Trips are usually from 1-3 weeks in length
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- The ability to work well with others and take initiative to succeed individually
- Knowledge of best food safety practices
- This role requires standing and walking for long periods of time and the work days can be long and demanding
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Periods of standing, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue with bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 25 lbs.

Position Salary & Benefits:
- This is considered a part-time position with a "select your own" schedule.
