This role is a full-time, non-exempt position supporting attorneys in our Private Clients and Fiduciary Services Group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, revising legal documents and correspondence, proofreading, timekeeping, processing monthly invoices, maintaining files (paper and electronic), calendaring and tracking deadlines, transcription, conducting online and general research, answering the telephone, assisting clients, and responding promptly with the ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with experience in a full-services law firm and/or applicable educational background. Previous experience with estate planning, estate administration, probate litigation and/or trust administration is preferred. The successful candidate will be capable of producing high quality work in a timely and professional manner, while providing exceptional client service and team support.
The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and advanced computer skills (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Applicants should have proven project management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks successfully, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
