AMI is seeking Per Diem Ultrasound Technologists to join the team!
At AMI, our technologists perform a variety of Ultrasound studies, including General, Vascular and Women’s Imaging. AMI technologists are skilled, have excellent customer relations experience and are team players. Our Technologists work closely with Radiologists to ensure high-quality patient care.
The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for but not limited to:
- Performing all requested ultrasonographic exams in accordance with established policy and as per established hours of availability;
- Reviewing all patient requests for diagnostic procedures as to designated anatomical part and clinical history;
- Instructing patients regarding procedures and respects patient privacy at all times;
- Ensures that the ultrasound equipment is in excellent operational condition as per established Quality Control procedures; and
- Performing other duties as required and assigned.
Coverage opportunities are available in the AMI offices in Southern NJ, including Atlantic, Cape May, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties. Scheduling is based on your availability and department needs.
