Description

Rothman Orthopaedics is looking to hire a full-time Operations Data Analyst! The primary focus of this role is to generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and expanding analytics capabilities. The Operations Data Analyst will work with data science team to ensure accurate and meaningful are captured and uses data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvements within operations. Job Title: Operations Data Analyst

Hours: Mon - Fri: 8am - 4:30pm 

Projected Start: January 2025

Work from Home Status: hybrid - will work on site 2 days per week

Location: 833 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science or background in data analysis/engineering required
  • Must have 2 - 3 years of experience in data analysis 
  • Experience in healthcare industry required 
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, showcasing strong analytical abilities. Ability to work with complex data with strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
  • Must have advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python/R or similar programming language a plus

 

Essential Duties:

  • The Operations Data Analyst role will work closely with the Data Science team, Regional Managers, Office managers and other stakeholders to support operational reporting and analysis needs
  • Publish and/or present meaningful reports, updates and recommendations that will drive operational decision-making to stake holders
  • Collaborate with the operations team to comprehend reporting requirements and devise strategies to fulfill any unmet needs
  • Acting as a liaison between operations and data science team within the enterprise to ensure and maintain data precision
  • Create concise documentation to detail strategic solutions and analyses
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
