Qualifications

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG welding.
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in welding operations.
Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols for working with welding equipment.
Experience in inspection and quality control of welded components.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform welding tasks in various positions and environments.

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of an apprenticeship program or formal training in welding preferred.
1-3 years of related experience in welding or a similar field.
Additional specialized training and certification, preferred.
