- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and use of a reliable personal vehicle.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-year customer service, sales or marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Must like working in a team environment and partnering with others.
- Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the goal.
- Proven ability to apply attention to detail, role-related accuracy and task follow-through.
- Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
