Park Place is looking for positive, high energy, safe drivers to apply their skills and experience in the travel industry. When you work with Park Place, you drive OUR well-maintained vehicles, and the route is to and from our parking lot to the airport terminal and back.

Earn $10.00 - $12.00 per hour plus tips!

*Our guests customarily tip and drivers can expect to earn $10-$20 and hour or more in tips (cash and non cash)!

Shifts Available:

  • Friday - Sunday day shifts
  • Morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts.

We specialize in airport parking and have built our reputation on finding innovative ways to make parking as effortless as possible for decades. We are currently looking for safe drivers to provide our guests with a welcoming environment and get them quickly to their destination in a safe manner. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles.
  • Test vehicle equipment, such as lights, brakes, horns, or windshield wipers, to ensure proper operation.
  • Follow relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation and ensure that passengers follow safety regulations.
  • Notify company mechanics of vehicle problems.
  • Drive shuttle bus to transport passengers.
  • Provide passengers with assistance entering and exiting vehicles and help them with any luggage.
  • Complete accident reports when necessary.
  • Pick up passengers at prearranged locations.
  • Communicate with dispatchers to exchange information and receive requests for passenger service.
  • Record information on trip sheets, such as trip counts.
  • Operate vehicles with specialized equipment to transport and secure passengers with special needs.
  • Provide passengers with information about the local area and points of interest.
  • Maintain an exceptional level of customer service and responsiveness.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High School education, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Successful completion of background screening
  • Successful completion of drug screening
  • A valid state driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record required
  • Must be able to meet applicable DOT and/or state regulated requirements to operate a commercial motor vehicle
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10s and 100s, perform these operations using units of American money
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the spelling and meaning of words


Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be exposed to construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed inside as well as outside weather conditions. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds.
