Ensure safe delivery of goods to retail locations.
Provide feedback to Transportation Team Leader if there is a more economical means of conducting business.
Share information within the driver team to increase the experience and knowledge base of the driver team to make them safer and more effective.
How I Will Be Safe

- Work is performed in warehouse and over-the-road driving conditions with minimal team member contact and interruptions.
- Primary function requires sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a warehouse and distribution setting with temperatures ranging from 10-95 degrees Fahrenheit; to sit for prolonged periods of time or on your feet most of the day depending on needs; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, lift, carry, push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight.
- May operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including use of a computer keyboard.
- Verbally communicate to exchange information.
What I Must Bring
- At least one year of tractor/trailer driving experience driving a 10-speed split shift vehicle is required.
- Class A CDL certified on tractor/trailer operations is required.
- At least 50,000 logged and verifiable miles.
- Prior experience with DOT paperwork, log books and DOT regulations.
- Safe driving record that falls within the Goodwill Vehicle Use Policy.
- Current forklift certification is preferred.
- Experience with nonprofit organizations is desired.
- Experience of at least a basic level of competency with computers to complete e-learning opportunities and use G-Wiz.
