Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manager of Implementation to play a crucial role in executing the company's growth strategy through management of Medicare Program expansion and new market entry processes. This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Product Development and will be responsible for leading project plan for Medicare health plan service area expansion, from current Medicare Advantage Organization and partnership growth to launching new Medicare Programs in first-time markets. In addition, this role will help drive transformational and change management processes across the organization, including interdepartmental and subject matter expert alignment, and defining process structure.

 

Location: Position is Remote.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Project Management: Develop and refine the company's expansion and new market implementation project plan in alignment with overall business objectives. Establish organizational processes for execution and serviceable timelines of key benchmarks for state licensure, CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) approval, market launch. Anticipate and resolve obstacles before they adversely impact timelines.
  • Organize and manage multiple detailed tasks and assignments, as well as competing deadlines with frequently changing priorities.
  • Interdepartmental Alignment: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, network development, health plan management, legal, finance, operations, and other relevant teams, to ensure alignment and support for expansion initiatives.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including Department of Insurance requirements, and CMS deadlines.
  • Change Management: Establish change management programmatic approach and build communications infrastructure to efficiently and consistently manage employee experience through organizational changes and new initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Medicare Advantage experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
