Position Overview
HealthStream is looking for a Clinical Data Analyst to support product, operational, and strategic initiatives. The Clinical Data Analyst will work on collecting requirements, scoping, and executing on data projects, regular reporting, and ad-hoc analyses. This role requires both technical expertise and clinical knowledge to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support clinical and business operations

Execute SQL queries and leverage Python (NumPy, Pandas, etc.) for data analysis and processing to derive actionable insights

Collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders to identify requirements and implement solutions, including the ability to solve problems in a team environment

Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform decision-making and product roadmaps

Develop, manage, and fine-tune Natural Language Processing (NLP) models to extract insights from healthcare text data, analyze model performance, and iteratively adjust models to improve clinical accuracy and relevance

Apply working knowledge of accrediting bodies and compliance requirements, including but not limited to ACCME, ANCC, AOTA, etc., to ensure data analyses and reporting meet relevant standards
