Seasonal Production Assistant - San Antonio Toyota Field

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT, PA

The Production Assistant holds an important role with the Enchant team. Reporting to the Event Production Manager, the PA will be responsible for tracking information related to schedule, scope, cost, spending, staffing and other logistics, and supporting the Heads of Departments with daily tasks and progress. The Production Assistant will be assisting in a variety of roles to support the success of the event as well as managing the Runner’s daily tasks

COMMITMENT: Dates may change based on location

• Must be prepared to work each day of the Load-in and Load-out.

• This includes the holiday season: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

• Opportunities to work the Run of Show will be available on an as needed basis

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR: 

• Assist the Event Production Manager to track all information related to schedule, scope, cost, staffing 

• Carry out necessary administrative duties as required

• Manage and assist Runner in daily tasks

• Support Production Manager to track the progress of load in 

• Support the Production Site Manager with tracking shipments sourcing materials and site purchases

• Support the all Heads of Departments as needed onsite

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• 2+ Years of experience in the Exhibit / Event /Entertainment industry

• Project assistant/coordination experience within the entertainment industry

• Highly organized and detail oriented

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Adaptability and flexibility

• Good working knowledge of Google sheets and managing spreadsheets

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Our venues span over 100,000 square feet.

• Must be able to frequently walk and stand for long durations.

• Enchant is an outdoor event, and subject to local winter weather. Must dress accordingly and be prepared.
