Must be a graduate of an accredited Music Therapy program
- Knowledge of principles, concepts and methodology of music therapy appropriate for chronically-terminally ill patients
- Ability to develop rapport, create a safe environment, and a mode of expression through music for patients and families
- Must have effective communication skills and be able to follow instructions to complete work as schedule
- Must maintain CPR certification
- Must carry current liability and malpractice insurance
- Must maintain applicable license by obtaining the necessary contact hours and competency
- Experience in home health or hospice preferred
- Must present proof of a current driver's license and have a dependable insured automobile
