Qualifications:
- 2+ years of solid recruiting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong, clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer and tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to independently supervise tasks and support hiring managers.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated professional attitude, approach, and commitment to integrity.
- Successful adeptness to multitasking and prioritizing tasks and projects.
- Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and resolve conflicts.

- Commitment to working toward the common goal of helping to provide experiential education to underserved young people at our various programs.
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelors Degree preferred.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. Employee must be available during the core business hours and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
