Job Summary:

The Service Line Director (SLD) for candidate and associate recruiting and retention. They will oversee operational planning, development and execution of franchise programs as they relate to recruiting and retention in support of diversified franchise locations. The SLD will coordinate with other departments to ensure that training, marketing, data analytics and other services are kept current and relevant in support of franchisee performance in recruiting and retention for a broad mix of skills.

 

Duties/Responsibilities: Identifying duties and tasks that comprise about 90 to 95 percent of the work done and listing tasks in order of the time consumed (or, sometimes, in order of importance).

  • Under direct supervision of the SVP of Sales Support, creates and establishes specific programs and initiatives necessary to execute and enhance the associate and candidate experience.
  • Development of initiatives and programs that will support growth of the Franchisee offices. Focus will be related to recruiting and retention of associates and candidates across the organization.
  • Communicates with colleges, Zone VP’s, Developers, Franchisees and other stakeholders to identify product and program requirements. Uses this information to inform both operational and strategic decisions.
  • Oversees all aspects of support to the field in execution of Talent Acquisition and Retention. Develops and tracks key performance indicators to ensure service line performance meets strategic and operational goals.
  • Communicates service line performance metrics to SVP and Executive leadership as directed.
  • Maintains knowledge in developing trends and technologies in the staffing industry. In this context, functions as the Subject Matter Expert on recruiting and retention of associates and candidates.

Education and Experience:

  • Staffing Industry experience with a proven progressive track record - required.
