Job Title: Billing Administrator
Position Summary:
Magna Legal Services is seeking a Billing Administrator to join our team! As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining information on our company databases and computer systems. The Billing Administrator responsibilities include collecting and entering data into database systems and maintain accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, fast typing skills, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to help with daily, weekly, and monthly billing tasks.
- Process and check thousands of invoices on a monthly basis.
- Pull payroll data and match information with direct deposit forms.
- Preparing and cleaning data for contractor 1099 forms
- Other clerical duties to support the billing team as needed.
- Keep information confidential.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts payable/bookkeeping experience.
- Experience with Reporter Base is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically in MS Office and data programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
- Solid time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and stay focused on assigned tasks.
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
