Fee For Service Therapist ( BRSC )

JOB SCOPE:

Responsible for a minimum of 9 hours and a maximum of 21 hours per week with a minimum of 15 in person contacts with patients including a minimum of ten (30) minute psychotherapy sessions per week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide verbal psychotherapy to individuals and/or in groups setting.
• Conduct intakes as needed
• Assess clients’ need for services.
• Formulate appropriate treatment plans for clients.
• Centrally coordinate each client’s psychotherapy with ancillary and combined services when needed.
• Include coordination with social work services, psychological evaluations, and psychiatric consultations.
• Maintain current and timely records on all patients in accordance with the PCMH policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by PCMH management.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of children and adult clients.
• Competence in psychodynamic psychotherapy.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to clients and staff.
• Awareness and commitment to respective training programs operated by PCMH.
• Ability to complete documentations in an efficient, timely, and competent manner.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Computer literate.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• LMSW/LCSW/LMHC in Clinical Social Work or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in outpatient mental health setting with direct client contact as a Psychotherapist.
