Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and 3 or more years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency working in HRIS systems and compensation software with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Maturity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
- Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting and may require visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot/cold temperatures, dust, loud noise and chemical fume exposure.
- Sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs.
- Work may require travel, including overnight stays.
