Summary/ObjectiveÂ
Â
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, checking guests in/out and making guests feel comfortable in their environment.Â
Essential FunctionsÂ

Greets and welcomes guests.Â
Assigns rooms and keys.Â
Answer the phone in a pleasant manner.Â
Makes reservations.Â
Collects and distributes messages for guests.Â
Prepares bills and collects payment for visits.Â
Coordinates with various departments to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.Â
Answers inquiries regarding hotel area and services.Â
Provide luggage service when needed.Â
Provide suggestions of places to visit, eat and shop.Â
Arranges transportation.Â
Maintains hotel records.Â
All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed guests’ expectations.Â
Performs other duties as directed.Â
