About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accounting Services Associate with 3–4 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial services. This is a fully remote position focused exclusively on accounting services—no tax work required or considered for this role. Ideal candidates will have experience managing client books, producing financial statements, and supporting ongoing business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and documentation
- Assist clients with payroll, bill pay, and ongoing accounting needs
- Communicate regularly with clients to gather information and provide updates
- Support process improvements within the accounting services department
-  Supervise and provide guidance to Junior Accountants Â
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of bookkeeping or accounting services experience (Required)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and general ledger accounting
- Skilled in cloud-based accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Excellent communication and client-service abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients in a remote environment
