- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Colorado.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or criminal prosecution of sex crimes.
- Experience handling sensitive cases involving trauma survivors preferred.
- Strong understanding of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and civil discovery practices.
- Demonstrated courtroom and trial experience preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and a commitment to providing superior client service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary with commission-based bonus structure (opportunity to earn $125,000–$200,000).
