About the role:

As our Senior Intake Attorney, you’ll be the first legal point of contact for people in need.  

You will:

   •       Speak directly with potential new clients who are calling us for the first time

   •       Work hand-in-hand with our intake agents and investigators to identify, clarify, and

evaluate new personal injury and workers’ compensation cases

   •       Use your legal judgment to make real-time case acceptance decisions on behalf of the

law firm

   •       Provide clear, compassionate consultation to help clients understand their rights

   •       Immediately transfer accepted cases to our legal teams for ongoing handling—you

never carry the case forward

This role is fast-paced, intellectually engaging, and critically important—but once your shift

ends, so does your responsibility.  No cases.  No deadlines.  No emails at night.  You do the job,

then go live your life.

Our ideal candidate:

   •       Licensed in Colorado and experienced in auto accident and workers’ comp law

   •       At least 5 years of hands-on personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)

   •       Able to assess cases quickly and make confident judgment calls

   •       A strong communicator who thrives in first-contact consultations

   •       Ready for a refreshing change from courtroom chaos and ongoing case management
