Education & experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bus Person experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic restaurant service and pleasant attitude
- Fluency in other languages beneficial
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry at least 20 pounds
- Ability to safely handle kitchen and dining utensils
- Noise level is usually moderate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in written communication
- Possess basic computer skills
- Detail-oriented and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to “pitch-in” and be a team player
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Passionate about creating an exceptional experience for all guests
- Ability to effectively present one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization and hospitality community
