Job Title: Regional Lead Mitigation Technician

Exempt Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: $26-34/hour

Signing Bonus: $2500.00 paid after 90 days of employment and in good standing.

As a Regional Lead Mitigation/Restoration Technician, you will be required to complete daily paperwork, including time sheets and other job documentation. When the Project Manager is unable to be on site, you will supervise the crew and workflow according to the direction from the Project Manager.

What You’ll Do

- Work with CRC operations and production, sales, and management to complete mitigation projects.

- Constant communication with the mitigation team to ensure jobs are completed according to all regulations and company standards.

- Be capable of carrying heavy loads of debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.

- Maintain an orderly, organized, and clean work area, including your production vehicle and warehouse.

- Properly track and document equipment on project site; clean and disinfect equipment upon project completion.

- Perform mitigation services according to management direction, safety guidelines, and current industry standards.

- Responsible for accurate and complete project paperwork, including moisture mapping and readings.

- Supervise crews onsite, as necessary.

- Participate in after-hours emergency response rotation.

- Attend all appropriate company meetings, association and client events, and marketing team opportunities.

- Obtain and retain certifications as requested by the company; enrollment and/or membership fees will be provided.

- Additional duties as required.

What You’ll Need

- 2+ years’ experience with property mitigation and restoration

- Knowledge and proficiency of water extraction techniques and equipment.

- Understanding of water damage types, categories, and classes.

- Familiarity with mold growth patterns, identification, and remediation procedures.

- Adherence to company, industry, and job-specific safety protocols and guidelines.

- Ability to troubleshoot unexpected issues that may arise during the job process.

- Efficiently manage time to complete projects within deadlines; prioritize tasks based on severity of damage.

- Professional and empathetic demeanor and communication, internally and externally.

- IICRC Certifications a plus.
