Job Purpose:

To oversee many of the Human Resources functions, ensuring effective execution of HR processes, including employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, and workplace culture and engagement. This role will contribute significantly to creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
  • Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture through various initiatives and programs.
  • Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training and development programs for employees.
  • Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Provide payroll review and oversight


Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Human Resources
  • Supervisory or Management experience required


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong technical skills, including HRIS experience
  • Expertise in employee relations
  • Ability to design and develop HR programs
  • Knowledge of and experience with compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in compensation and benefits administration
  • Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement
