What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with lead developers to test, refine, and enhance software features.

Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure full product coverage.

Identify and document software defects, enhancements, and workflow scenarios.

Troubleshoot software issues, verify fixes, and ensure smooth functionality across releases.

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies that support evolving product capabilities.

Contribute to user documentation and help files for new functionality and improvements.
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro in day-to-day work.

Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

3+ years of software quality control or testing experience (preferred).

Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server.

A natural curiosity and desire to learn new tools and technologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

High attention to detail — accuracy matters to you.
Bonus Points If You Have:

GIS experience in the utility industry (electric, gas, or water).

Familiarity with GPS data and applications.

Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Exposure to test case automation tools.
