- US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent related work experience
- 4-years relevant work experience supporting cross functional development projects
- Prior experience with CMS and/or Government contracts preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and multiple priorities is crucial.Â
- Effective time management and prioritization skills are necessary for meeting deadlines.Â
- Ability and confidence to learn new skills and acquire content knowledge quickly and independently.
- Understanding of development methodologies including Scrum, SAFe and XP.
- Proficiency in MS Office suites Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools Confluence and Jira.
