Summary
The Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. This role plays a critical part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals, and supporting leadership development across all levels.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design and deliver learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, upskilling, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Partner with department leaders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other development tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships for external training and development resources.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development and adult learning.
