We're seeking a Regional Account Manager (RAM) to help grow our footprint in a key U.S. market. If you're a proactive sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for making an impact, we want to hear from you.


What You’ll Do

  • Outbound Sales: Make calls and launch campaigns to grow your regional book of business.

  • Account Management: Support and retain existing clients with personalized service.

  • Sales Strategy: Identify decision-makers and present solutions that meet client needs.

  • Product Expertise: Learn GoTu’s platform inside and out so you can confidently demo and explain its value.

  • Client Support: Guide customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth experience.

  • CRM Tracking: Keep client activity and communication organized in Salesforce.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience (phone-based experience a plus)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools

  • Previous startup or healthcare experience a bonus

Qualifications

Key Competencies:

  • 3+ years of successful phone sales experience, with a strong preference for B2B and SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record in cold calling and account management.
  • Results-focused and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Quick learner, self-directed, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a College Grad or able to tell us why it doesn't matter
  • Previous experience in high-growth startup environments is considered a valuable asset.
