Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and nurturing companies that are ideal clients and the acquisition of new clients to support the achievement sales and revenue goals.
Sales Executives are driven and competitive individuals who focus on generating and closing new business opportunities in the multifamily and single-family sectors. Key focus for meeting production targets by introducing risk mitigation solutions to property managers and owners in the short-term rental industry. We are looking for hardworking people to discover and pique the interest of businesses we sell to and who will benefit from our product. Successful candidates must have a strong, self-motivated work ethic and the drive to not only meet but exceed sales targets.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Delivers quotes to new clients
- Engages with new clients by phone and email
- Grows company by closing new leads that come in each month
- Re-engages older clients that may no longer work with RentalGuardian.com
- Engages with software provider account managers so they continue to send us new leads
- Performs online demos for new potential clients
- Marketing skills via new mediums like LinkedIN, Facebook or Instagram
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Logs and tracks all activity on CRM software
