Job Summary: The Hospitality Asset Director is responsible for overseeing the management of assigned assets and optimizing the performance of a portfolio of hospitality assets, such as hotels and resorts. The position reports to the Director of Hotel Asset Management and will assist in analytics and reporting, property construction projects and improvement plans, and oversee hotel projects to increase revenue and or performance. The Hospitality Asset Director plays a critical role in maximizing asset value, driving profitability, and aligning property performance with the overall investment strategy.

Job Responsibilities: Including but not limited to
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the value and profitability of hospitality assets.
- Management of assigned assets to include all aspect of a regional operations position and oversight of a management company to include operations, brand performance, capital projects, insurance, licenses and permits, financial and sales performance.
- Conduct regular financial analysis, including review of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections, to assess asset performance.
- Evaluate and review capital expenditures and renovation projects to ensure they align with long-term asset goals and have all required back up documentation.
- Complete reporting on hotel asset projects weekly with updates on schedule, displacement, operational inspections and turnover.
- Prepare and manage capital project list for all PMG Hospitality Assets.
- Trace all operational Capex submittals and status with weekly updates.
- Monthly reporting and analysis for the portfolio to review groups and catering pace, license and permit expirations, STR performance with analysis provided by the management company, portfolio comparison report and F&B KIPs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on asset performance, financial results, and operational metrics to ownership and stakeholders.
- Manage Sharepoint drive for the PMG Hospitality portfolio and uploading documents and pertinent information.
- Complete analysis of projects to increase the asset value and improve revenue and profitability.
- Support the Director of Hotel Asset Management regarding administrative tasks.
- Complete property onsite evaluations and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and brand requirements.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and guest experience across the portfolio.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality asset management, hotel operations, or related fields.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and capital planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, and operational best practices.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to visit properties and attend meetings.
