Position Summary:
As a brand ambassador for ZO Skin Health, Inc., you will be responsible for communicating the ZO® philosophy and continue to strengthen brand awareness through product knowledge, protocol training and development in the field. Your responsibilities include building relationships with current as well as potential accounts and ensuring support of Account Executives within the region to attain sales targets.
Essential Functions of the Position:
- Partner with management and sales to achieve relevant goals, strategies, and initiatives:
- Work with the Account Executive to build a plan each month for support of the new and existing accounts in the territory to support sell-in and sell-through
- Support patient events
- Ensure consistencies in brand messaging
- Present to both small and large audiences live and virtually (office training to large-scale seminar)
- Travel up to 80% including daily trips, flights, and overnight stays
- Communicate and provide relevant feedback and reporting to sales and training
- Other duties as assigned
