Hybrid Service Advisor Jr

La Mesa RV, one of the largest multi-location RV dealerships, is currently hiring for a Jr. Service Advisor for their growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service abilities, strong phone skills and is reliable and organized. 

SUMMARY: Assistant to team of sales representative. Answers incoming calls, set appointments with customers and processes paperwork. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Field phones calls / emails from customers inquiring about service or appointments.
• Schedules customer with date and time slot for appointment.
• Communicates with other departments and team members to coordinate repairs; timeline updates and ordering parts
• Follows up with technician and customer and communicates all follow up repairs.
• Organizes appointment schedule to optimize technician routes.
• Heavy data entry and other administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 2+ years of Administrative experience
• RV knowledge is preferred, not required
• Intermediate computer literacy
