- Desire and capability to learn the recreational vehicle maintenance industry.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with mechanics, customers and management.
- Requires ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
