Primary Objective

The Talent Acquisition Partner is to identify, attract, and recruit high-potential candidates for all of CEENTA’s open positions. Responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline for all departments across the organization and hiring the right candidates for each job to decrease turnover and increase retention.

Essential Functions

    • Develops, implements, measures, and adjusts a comprehensive talent acquisition plan.
    • Sources, selects, and interviews both internal and external candidates.
    • Manages applicant tracking system, prepares and extends all job offers, manages pre-employment process, and notifies hiring managers of rescinded/declined offers.
    • Proactively identifies recruiting and employee relations trends and works with senior leadership to offer solutions.
    • Develops and maintains relationships with outside vendors (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) to ensure ROI for services
    • Develops and maintains relationships with trade schools/colleges to create brand recognition for graduates of certification programs.
    • Collaborates with HR team to create, improve, and implement corporate policies, procedures, systems, and reports.
    • Processes and maintains confidential employee information.
    • Provides metrics and reporting to ensure ongoing success of CEENTA’s Talent Acquisition initiatives.
    • Maintains knowledge of current employment trends, practices, and developments
    • Partners with hiring managers across the organization to understand their unique team dynamics, physician preferences, and needs for talent.
    • Ability to work on-site.
    • Predictable, reliable and prompt attendance

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal/customer service skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations and policies.
  • Strong capability to prioritize daily tasks and projects well.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices and the administrative practices related to workforce management. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.

Training Period

The Talent Acquisition role will require at least one year of on-the-job training. This job requires a vast knowledge of teammate’s responsibilities and structure of the business.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Experience

At least one year of Human Resources experience preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

SHRM-CP is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Full-time (Core business hours Monday through Friday). Additional evening/weekend hours may be required.

Travel

Ability to work onsite and travel in a reliable vehicle between assigned locations with predictable, reliable and prompt attendance.

A Typical Day in the Position

Recruitment of candidates and providing guidance to managers on the Applicant Tracking System. Other day-to-day responsibilities revolve around business and HR team need. Ability to prioritize and working flexibility are necessary traits for every day.
