The Branch Manager serves as the main point of contact for both the Operations and Sales Teams for the branch. Ensures that the overall operations, administration, distribution, and sales functions work harmoniously for the branch location. Responsible for the P&L of the branch, as well as monthly reporting to Corporate on budget. Responsibilities also include coaching and mentoring of Account Managers to assist in increasing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As A Branch Manager You Will:

- Manage overall branch operations to ensure productivity, customer service and profitability
- Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives
- Perform and monitor daily sales and warehouse operations
- Manage branch personnel
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures regarding new hires, terminations, performance issues, payroll, etc.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being always followed
- Review, analyze and report on branch operations and finances
- Prepare various reports including P&L, income forecasts, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets
