The IT Support Specialist is the subject matter expert on issues related to Information Technology, such as Equipment, POS Program, PC, Network, and provides principal technical support for all end users. This position collaborates cross-department to conduct first-level investigation and escalation; and delivers resolution for issues within Information Technology.

- Require to work on weekends, flexibility to work on early morning or late night shift
Job Duties
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software, and Network.
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically.
- Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations
- Track customer issues and resolutions.
- Support IT related projects.
- New Store Initial Installation.
