- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or Counseling (MA).
- In good academic standing and approved to begin a clinical placement.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Social Work Trainee (SWT) or Counselor Trainee (CT) license issued by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board prior to starting the internship.
- Demonstrated interest in behavioral health, community health, or integrated care settings.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and ethical boundaries in client interactions.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook and Teams.
- Adept at learning and navigating electronic health record systems.
