POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Tradeshow Logistics & Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the successful execution of trade shows and events by managing logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations. This role ensures the accurate handling of inbound and outbound shipments, timely delivery of materials, and works closely with Event Operation Managers and Team Leads to align set-up details, support exhibitors’ needs, and troubleshoot last-minute changes or issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments where adaptability and problem-solving are key. By effectively managing logistics and warehouse operations, this position plays a critical role in the success of trade shows and events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing inbound and outbound trucks.
- Check Event Orders and check lists for accuracy.
- Coordinating shipments of exhibit or event materials.
- Helping to manage vendor relationships.
- Ensuring all equipment arrives at the event site safely and on time.
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Counting and confirming inventory.
- Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
- Communicating errors with relevant parties.
- Marking and labeling stock.
- Storing inventory in an accessible manner.
- Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
- Other duties as assigned.
