Education and Experience
Required: High school diploma/GED equivalent from an accredited institution and three (3) or more years’ experience in recruitment or human resources
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Human Resources, or related field. Experience recruiting for roles such as installers, designers, project managers and sales professionals within the construction industry.
Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical and creative roles within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry-specific certifications and qualifications.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to the construction industry.
