MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or its equivalent (G.E.D) or one (1) year work experience in the field performing similar functions; must be 18 years of age; ground maintenance experience preferred. Valid Texas Drivers license with good driving record; and must be insurable. Must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal background investigation. Bi-lingual English/Spanish. Ability to work varied shifts.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is regularly required to use good manual and finger dexterity, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
