What You’ll Do
As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees have the technology and support they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-level help desk support for computers, printers, networks, phone systems, Microsoft applications, and other IT-related issues.
- Installing and configuring operating systems and software on existing and new computer systems.
- Assisting with IT projects and tasks assigned by the System Administrator and IT Manager/Developer.
- Maintaining excellent communication with IT leadership on all tasks, troubleshooting efforts, and system improvements.
- Monitoring and maintaining IT system performance, ensuring system security and reliability.
- Setting up new equipment and supporting end-users with hardware and software malfunctions.
