- Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of significant in-house corporate experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital administration or large medical practice required
- Paralegal experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to deal with confidential information on a daily basis
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Positive and proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
