Role Summary

The Construction Skilled Laborer plays a key role in the maintenance, renovation, and improvement of our properties. This hands-on position requires a wide range of construction skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, and flooring tasks.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed.
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to work sites.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure job sites remain clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.

• Proven experience in construction or skilled labor roles.
• Proficiency in operating hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to travel between project sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily or hospitality construction.
• Certifications in OSHA or other safety training.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Ability to work in cramped, dirty / dusty, cold or hot conditions.
• Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Company standards.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
